As fiCommerce, we manage eçanta’s end-to-end processes, including goods acceptance, stock replenishment, order transfers to our warehouse, and status updates, through the integration network provided by the fiPlatform infrastructure..
Fulfillment:
Through our fulfillment network, we manage end-to-end processes—ranging from goods acceptance and B2C/B2B order shipments to customer deliveries and returns—while maintaining maximum performance KPIs.
As part of our B2B operations, bulk shipments are made to eçanta’s stores in Ankara.
On the B2C side, we fulfill eçanta’s orders from Turkey’s largest e-commerce platforms, including Trendyol, HepsiBurada, Amazon Turkey, Pazarama, Flo, N11, Çiçek Sepeti, as well as its own webshop. Orders received from the platforms by 2:00 PM are dispatched to the courier on the same day, while return processes are completed within a maximum of 2.5 hours after the product arrives at the warehouse and is approved in the e-commerce panels.
