FiCommerce SMS Gönderimine İlişkin Elektronik İletişim Açık Rıza Beyanı

For the purpose of sending you commercial electronic messages, your communication data (mobile phone number, e-mail address) will be processed by Fi Commerce Teknoloji Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“FiCommerce”) in its capacity as a service provider, within the scope of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages dated 15 July 2015, and the Regulation Amending the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages dated 04 January 2020, based on your consent for commercial electronic messages to be sent to you by FiCommerce, and will continue until you exercise your right to refuse the sending of commercial electronic messages. The consent you will give for the sending of commercial electronic messages is deemed your explicit consent within the scope of Article 5(1) of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), which you may withdraw at any time without any limitation. In addition, your contact information will be transferred to the Message Management System based on the legal reason of “explicitly stipulated in the laws” in subparagraph (a) of Article 5(2) of the KVKK for the purpose of providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations.

I have read and understood in full the “Website Form Fields Clarification Text” prepared by FiCommerce within the scope of the KVKK and the above information, and I have been informed about which of my personal data will be processed and how, and that I can withdraw my explicit consent at any time without any limitation.

I give my approval as commercial electronic message consent for sending me text messages/SMS via the GSM number I have provided to FiCommerce.

In case of any discrepancies, the Turkish text shall prevail.
